Who we are

Inspire Instructor Training (“Inspire”, “we”) provides training and a membership for driving instructors. Contact us at info@inspireinstructortraining.com.

What we collect and why

• Contact form. Name, email and your message, so we can reply. Kept in our mailbox for as long as the conversation is useful, then deleted.
• Membership and purchases. Handled by our membership platform and payment processors when you sign up or buy. They hold your account and payment details under their own privacy policies; we see your name, email, plan and purchase history so we can support you.
• Newsletter. Only if you opt in. Unsubscribe in one click at any time.
• Analytics. Aggregate, anonymised usage of this site so we can improve it. We do not sell data and we do not use it to identify you.

Legal basis

Contract (providing the membership or training you have bought), legitimate interests (replying to enquiries, improving the site) and consent (marketing emails).

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will act within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

This site uses strictly necessary cookies and, where enabled, analytics cookies. Embedded players (for example Spotify) may set their own cookies when you interact with them.
